Our company is serving our visiting guests for the last 20 years in Rajasthan, we always focus on one thing that visiting guests are a form of God for us, and we always try our best to give 100% best service to guests from our side. We strive to do this, and because of hard work, we have also been successful in this. Our company’s entire IT team has always tried to stay on top of Google and provide better service to the guests visiting Rajasthan. ,You can see on Google My Business and TripAdvisor but there is a day and night difference between the service of our company and the service of the market.

Our company’s rate is always more than the market but our visiting guest does not face any kind of problem. For that, we always try and we are 100% successful in that we can guarantee it because our company is an ISO & ™️ TRADEMARK recognized company by the Government of India so our service and quality is completely different from many other agencies. Our company has more than 150 vehicles available including Luxury / SUV Sedan Tempo Traveler Luxury AC Coach etc. We provide our services in Jodhpur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, and Udaipur 24/7.

JCR CAB PERSONAL POLICY

The terms, conditions, and notifications under which services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the fees for such services, may be changed at any time by JCR Cab. The User is in charge of keeping up with these Terms and Conditions.

The courts of Jodhpur shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matter arising out of the use of the services provided by JCR Cab or the agreement or arrangement between JCR Cab and the customer.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out how JCR Cabs uses and protects any information you provide when you use this website.

JCR Cab is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If we ask you to provide us with certain information by which we can identify you when using this website, you can be sure that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

JCR Cab may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should periodically review this page to ensure that any modifications are still acceptable to you.

4. Payment Mode

All rentals are to be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

20% advance payment (non-refundable) as booking amount for outstation.

The driver will collect the balance payment in full at the drop time at the hotel/airport/railway station/home

Please take care of the luggage before leaving the cab and we are not responsible for any damages

JCR Cab will not be held responsible for any delay caused due to unavoidable circumstances like closures, traffic jams, breakdowns, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc.

5. COMPLETE TOUR PACKAGE INCLUDING HOTEL + CAR TERMS

All fares are to be paid by Cash/Bank Transfer/Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.

50% advance payment as booking amount (non-refundable)

The driver will collect the balance payment in full at the drop time hotel/airport/railway station/home

Please take care of the luggage before leaving the cab/hotel JCR Cab is not responsible for any loss

JCR Cab will not be held responsible for any delay caused due to force majeure circumstances like closures, traffic jams, breakdowns, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc.

Please carefully read carefully the contents of the Tour Brochure/Itinerary, Terms and Conditions, Price Grid, and such other documents as may be applicable, as these shall form part of your contract with us once you have made the booking.

Once the journey starts, the journey will be carried out as per the finalized itinerary. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or part of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our respected passengers.

Carry your valid ID proof/passport etc. at the time of travel/hotel check-in. JCR Cab is not responsible for any customer ID-proof-related issues.

Hotel check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 12 am. Additional charges will apply after and before this deadline

change of itinerary

We may operate more than one coach on a specified date of the tour depending upon the demand of tourists for overbooking the tour. Sometimes we may change direction, or make slight changes to the itinerary. We will advise you of these modifications prior to the start of the tour or otherwise during the tour. If the passenger/co-passenger misses the sightseeing tour or any part of any such tour due to delay on his part, he shall not be entitled to claim a refund for the same.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests should be made through JCR Cabs by calling our helpline number or by sending an email to the company email id. Please do not contact the driver directly for cancellation.

The customer cannot leave the vehicle between destinations without confirmation. Kindly inform immediately by WhatsApp and mail jcrcab12@gmail.com/WhatsApp 9414137405

In case of cancellation of booking, 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as a penalty.

If the customer cancels the booking before 5 days of travel, we will charge 50% of the total booking amount

JCR Cabs will not be held responsible for any delay caused due to force majeure circumstances like closures, traffic jams, breakdowns, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc.

Please carefully read and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/Itinerary, ‘Terms and Conditions’, Price Grid, and such other documents as may be applicable, as these will form part of your contract with us once you have made the booking.

No refund or any change will be accepted at the last time of tour start or after the start of the tour or in between.

Carry your valid ID proof/passport etc. at the time of travel/hotel check-in. JCR Cabs is not responsible for any customer ID-proof-related issues.

Above are the cancellation rules but we will try our best to waive/reduce the cancellation charges as the guest is God for us.

7. Breakdown

All cancellation requests should be made by calling our helpline number or sending an email to the company email id. Please do not contact the driver directly for cancellation.

8. Taxes, Parking, Time, Kilometers (on a kilometer basis for outbound journeys/tours only)

Kilometers and time starts from our garage to the garage

Toll tax, parking, and state tax paid by the tenant

300 km per day minimum charge for outbound journeys/tours

AC will not work in hilly areas or stopped/parked vehicles

Night travel is not allowed (strictly) for safety reasons due to fog in winter.

If you require a vehicle before 5 AM or after 10 PM then we count 5 AM to 10 PM as 1 day, in that case, the customer pays additional overtime (hourly) charges as per quoted value and we are not responsible if the customer reaches late due to traffic. Jam, tire punctures, etc.

If the vehicle is not in good condition at the time of pick up, please inform on company phone or email id before starting the journey.

Rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in Diesel/Petrol prices in India. The package and rate that we have mentioned on our website can change at any time, so whenever you make a booking, talk to our company manager through WhatsApp, Email, or Mobile and make your complete tour plan.

10. Rajasthan Local Terms of Use

Kilometers and time starts from our garage to the garage

Toll Tax, Parking, NCR State Taxes paid by the tenant

Minimum 8 hours and range of 80 km

Driver’s night charge starts after 10 pm

AC will not work when the vehicle is stopped/parked

If the vehicle is not in good condition at the time of pick up, please inform on company phone or email id before starting the journey.
